Mountain Biking
There are many interesting mountain
biking trail around San Jose. I like the QuickSilver trail at Almaden County
Park and Wider Range at Santa Cruz. Some of these trails are really
interesting as you can find animals like DEER running around
freely.

I have recently bought a
Canon digital camera, S300. It's really a cool camera which can take still
picture and record short video clips. The pictures in the photo album
section are taken by this camera.
Yamaha external USB
CD recorder
During a weekend sales at
BEST BUY, I bought an external USB 2.0 CD recorder by Yamaha. The drive is
a 24x write, 10x Re-write & 40x read CDs reader and recorder. It has a
super large 8 MB internal buffer which make it the 1st CD recorder
in the ,market with this size. "Buffer-under run" problem is
never heard again. Using the new USB 2.0 standard, the
drive is FAST !

During a online sales from
Staples, I bought a canon S30 3 mega pixel digital camera for
US$299/S$520 (cost S$849 in Singapore). This camera has all the
advance features of a SLR camera with a 3x optical zoom and 3.5x digital
zoom. (same looks as S40)

I got a really cheap
wireless router at US$49 and a D-Link DWL-650 PCMCIA wireless adapter at
US$19. Now I can surf and access the internet in the comfort of my
bedroom.

During the christmas sales,
I bought a pair of BOSE 201 speaker at a remarkable price of US$98
(original prize at US$299). The sound quality is unbelievably clear and
powerful.
